Monday, June 20th
We went to Shirleen's dentist so that Shirleen could pick up a sleep-study apparatus. We enjoyed an online FHE, with all households represented. We led the discussion. Shirleen got wired-up for the overnight sleep study.
Tuesday, 21st
We both substituted for other workers at the temple, on the morning shift. In the afternoon we went to the dentist so that Shirleen's latest sleep study could be downloaded. Later, Paul drove Lizzie to & from her weekly violin practice. And, even later, he went to a bishopric meeting.
Wednesday, June 22nd
Paul's birthday: 3 score and 16 years on terra firma! We went to Family Services in the evening, but did not need to stay the entire tine. Paul wasn't feeling well, and was running a fever later in the evening.
Thursday, June 23rd
Paul was still feverish, and was feeling "achy". He got tested for COVID, and was positive. Shirleen was showing no symptoms, but was also tested for COVID, and got a negative result. Paul has added (per physician advice) Vitamin C and Zinc to his array of medications. It is understood that the recommended COVID recovery protocol also calls for a blood thinner (he was already on Warfarin) and Vitamin D (which he has already been taking daily).
Friday, June 24th
Paul still sick, so he didn't go to his regular Friday morning shift at the temple (Shirleen had arranged for another worker to take his place there). Shirleen did go for her regular shift.
Saturday, June 25th
Paul still sick, and has added Mucinex to his pharmaceutical ensemble.
Sunday, June 26th
Paul Stayed home from Church today, due to illness.
